Campaign-to-Cash release enablement
R5B contributor → R5C delivery → leadership of my assigned R5D enablement scope.
The challenge
Successive releases changed user tasks. Learning and support needed to explain the changes and align with release readiness.
What I owned
Led enablement delivery within my assigned R5D scope. Coordinated process owners, SMEs and business and technology stakeholders around learning readiness, reviews, communications and launch support.
What I delivered
Release-aligned learning, workflow guidance, communications, job aids and post-release support.
Scope
Learning readiness and user support within the wider C2C transformation programme.

Training is complete, but users keep reverting to the old process. What should you investigate?
Separate knowledge gaps from process friction, access problems and unclear ownership. Observe the task, validate the issue with the process owner, update support where needed and agree a follow-up signal. Course completion alone does not establish adoption.
